Manual Lymph Drainage - Vodder Technique

MLD, or Manual Lymph Drainage is a gentle technique that stimulates the lymphatic system, which plays an important role in maintaining our health. MLD not only facilitates removal of metabolic waste and excess fluids in the tissues to manage swellings but also supports the immune response, soothes the nervous system and reduces pain.

For post surgeries including oncology related surgeries, MLD can help reducing the swelling around surgery sites and support overall recoveries by redirecting fluid accumulation for better lymphatic flow and increasing circulation, which helps nourishing the tissues and remove cellular wastes faster.

10-15 minutes are set aside for comprehensive lymphatic education, including instruction on how to perform self-MLD, empowering you to take an active role in managing your health or your ongoing recovery.

I am excited to offer this specialized service for your health as well as supporting smooth recoveries from surgeries and oncology care.
