Swedish massage is a relaxation massage that is applied while lying on a massage table using lotions or other lubricants. The length of the massage can be individualized after an initial consult.

Please note that a full-body massage will be 60 min or longer. Customized massage can be 30 min or longer and focuses on the particular areas as needed.

Other materials or tools can be used at no extra cost when they are used during massage time. Times indicated below are hands-on massage time. Please allow an extra 15-30 min for the initial consult and undressing and dressing prior to and after the massage.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) technique is a specialized technique that offers different benefits from massages. Please see the MLD section for more details. The same rates as Swedish massage apply to MLD sessions. 

A chair massage is offered on a special massage chair with your clothes on. It is usually 15-20 minutes long and is an easy way to experience the positive effects of massage. Please contact me for more details for a small office chair massage event.
